Due to the nature of URL shortening, Centi.ai may:

  • Monitor links and traffic patterns
  • Disable or remove links that violate these Terms or applicable laws
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse
  • Cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities when required

These actions may occur with or without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Centi.ai platform, software, branding, logos, and designs are owned by Centi.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of your original Content.
  • By using the Services, you grant Centi.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate the Services.

7. Paid Plans, Billing, and Refunds

  • Some features may require a paid subscription.
  • Prices, features, and plans may change at any time.
  • Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in account limitation or suspension.

Third-party payment processors handle billing details according to their own terms and policies.

8. Data and Analytics

  • Centi.ai provides analytics such as click counts, device types, referrers, and approximate location.
  • Analytics are provided “as is” and may not be 100% accurate.

  • Centi.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Centi.ai’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Centi.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centi.ai from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your Content or Short Links
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US, without regard to conflict of law principles.
